About Stillmark
Many manufacturers have no CIO. The ERP partner owns the ERP, the MSP owns the network, a reseller owns the backups, and nobody owns the whole. Often one person inside the company holds it together, and only that person understands it. That is a risk for the company.
Stillmark Systems exists to own that whole. It gives a manufacturer one architecture and one accountable firm, with runbooks, a change log, and one owner for the whole.
Stillmark Systems, LLC was founded in September 2026 in South Florida. It works with clients in the United States and Europe.
01 Definition
What a stillmark is
A stillmark is a fixed reference point. Surveyors set one before they measure anything else. That is the role Stillmark takes with a client’s systems: the point that does not move while everything around it changes.

03 Method
How Stillmark works
Every problem starts the same way. Stillmark finds out exactly what is failing, then works out which layers it crosses, from the business process down to the hardware. It forms a hypothesis that can be tested, changes one variable at a time, and tests each change. The work ends when the root cause is fixed.
04 Leadership
Who leads your engagement
Every engagement is led by Stillmark’s principal, an architect with 13 years in ERP, manufacturing automation, and AI. Nearly seven of those years were inside one global manufacturing group, as the one person who held its systems together. You work with the architect directly. Each client has one point of contact.
